In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Gl Minimum Requirements and Qualifications A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum five (5) years of production experience in manufacturing. Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or technical lead experience. Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing processes. Demonstrated technical experience leading Blow Molding operations and equipment, including IMPCO B-30, Sterling, Graham, and Cincinnati machines, with experience in continuous extrusion heads and accumulators. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions and
