Telefonintervjuare - Flexibelt extrajobb hos SIFO

Vi söker intervjuare till vår telefonlokal i centrala Göteborg och intervjuare som arbetar hemifrån. Arbetet kan med fördel utföras hemifrån men du behöver tillgång till egen dator och en stabil internetuppkoppling. Vi tillhandahåller headset, kostnaden för telefoni och en grundutbildning. Arbetet sker i huvudsak på kvällstid på vardagar, men vi har även vissa projekt som vi ringer på under dagtid och helger: Dag: Mån-Tor 08:00-15:30/ Fre 08:00-14:30 Kväll: Mån-Tor 16:30-21:00/ Fre 15:00-19:00 Helg: Lör 10.00-15.00 / Sön 14.00-19.00 **Vad vi erbjuder** - Ett flexibelt extrajobb som är lätt att kombinera med andra sysselsättningar eftersom du själv väljer dina pass - Ett socialt arbete med mycket kontakter. - Ett omväxlande och lärorikt arbete - Lön enligt kollektivavtal. I årets nivå (2025) motsvarar det 142kr/timme. **Vad arbetet kräver** - Att du följer instruktioner, manualer och regler för att uppnå den kvalitet och effektivitet som behövs i intervjuarbetet och som våra kunder förväntar sig. - Att du talar och läser svenska obehindrat. - Att informationen som lämnas under intervjun hanteras konfidentiellt - En hög kommunikativ förmåga - Att du kan arbeta minst 2 pass/vecka. Du bokar in sina egna arbetspass utifrån det behov som finns. Finns behov får du självfallet arbeta fler. Utbildning och handledning sker på kontoret i Göteborg, så därför söker vi i första hand dig som bor så att man kan ta sig till kontoret vid de två introduktionsdagarna.
