Teleoperator (Nights)

Cota Robotics puts robots to work in retail stores. They take on the repetitive, time-consuming jobs like inbounding goods, replenishing shelves and sorting stock, currently mostly overnight. They're driven from our control room in Stockholm and increasingly run on their own. We raised a €1.92M pre-seed in August 2026 and are live with retailers in Sweden and Finland. We're a small team based at Sankt Eriksgatan in Stockholm, where half the office is our own dark store. About the Role You'll sit in our Stockholm control room and drive robots working in real stores across Sweden and Finland. When a robot hits something it can't solve on its own, you take over and finish the job. Customers are waiting on the other end, so the work is real and the feedback is immediate. This is the best seat in the house if you want to see how a robotics company actually works from the inside. We recruit on a rolling basis as demand grows. What You’ll Do - Operate robots remotely to complete replenishment, inbounding, and tidying tasks in customer stores - Handle exceptions the robot can’t handle alone, and flag the ones that keep recurring - Log what you see so the engineering team can fix root causes What We’re Looking For - Sharp and a fast learner, able to pick up a new interface quickly - Comfortable with technical systems and computers - Can-do, low ego, and steady under pressure - Reliable, with strong ownership and follow-through when you’re on shift - Service-minded, with a clear sense that store staff and shoppers see the result of your work - Available for nights, since that is the standard schedule for this role - Fluent in English - Swedish and retail experience are a plus - You must already have the right to work in Sweden, as unfortunately, we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship at our current stage Why Join - Join as one of our first operators and help shape how we run robot operations - Nights are where we need the most support, and we pay above the day rate for them - Flexible part-time work alongside studies or another job - Clear path to a full-time position for strong performers
