Test Coordinator

Assignment description We are looking for a structured and proactive Test Coordinator to support planning, coordination, follow-up and reporting of test activities within software development at complete vehicle integration test level. In this role, you will coordinate test planning and execution across teams, maintain an operational overview of ongoing test activities and dependencies, and follow up on test progress, deviations and reporting needs. You will support cross-functional collaboration between software deliveries for complete vehicle teams and help drive transparency around test status, priorities and decision points. The assignment also includes facilitating meetings and alignment forums, escalating risks, blockers and dependencies when needed, and contributing to the development, improvement and simplification of test processes. You will also support the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, reporting and ways of working. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in AI, process simplification and business improvement. You enjoy improving ways of working and helping teams become more transparent, coordinated and effective. Qualifications: You have a relevant technical education or equivalent work experience within engineering, software, electronics, embedded systems or vehicle systems. You have experience from test coordination, test planning, verification, validation or technical project coordination. You are used to working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. You have a good understanding of test processes, reporting, follow-up and risk/dependency management. You have experience from software/hardware integration or larger technical systems. You are fluent in both English and Swedish. Nice to Have: Experience from automotive, embedded systems, HIL/SIL, complete vehicle testing or system integration. Experience with process improvement, automation, AI-supported workflows or digitalization of test and reporting processes. Experience in facilitating meetings and creating alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education or certification in test methodology, project coordination, agile ways of working, systems engineering or similar. You are structured and organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You have a strong ability to maintain an operational overview, drive transparency and communicate clearly with different stakeholders. You are collaborative in your leadership style and comfortable coordinating across functions and disciplines. You are also confident in facilitating meetings, following up on decisions and actions, and escalating risks or blockers when needed.
