Test Engineer

We are now looking for a **Test Engineer** to support testing activities in both laboratory and site environments. **What You'll Do** - Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, procedures, and test specifications. - Configure, operate, and maintain laboratory test environments, including simulators, hardware, and software tools. - Perform functional and integration testing in laboratory and simulated environments. - Support and execute testing activities on project sites. - Record, analyze, and report test results. - Support troubleshooting and investigation of issues identified during testing activities. - Collaborate with engineering, project management, system, and verification teams to resolve technical issues. - Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and railway industry standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methods. **Team & Work environment** ### Small Local Team You will be joining a compact team in Solna where your contribution is highly visible. You will gain broad hands-on experience and play an important role in project delivery. ### Site-Based Activities The role combines laboratory testing with periods of work on customer sites across Sweden. This provides exposure to real railway systems, customer environments, and project delivery activities. ### International Collaboration Much of our engineering support and development comes from Italy and other international locations. Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively across cultures are important for success. ### Career Development This role offers a clear opportunity to grow.
