Test Lead in HR Core Workday Solution Implementation Program

For our client we are looking for a Test Lead in HR Core Workday Solution Implementation Program The Test Lead is accountable for defining, governing, and coordinating end-to-end testing for the Core HR solution / Workday implementation. The role ensures that Solution configuration, business processes, integrations, security, reports, data migration, and downstream impacts are tested against agreed requirements and are ready for deployment. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end testing strategy and quality assurance approach for the Workday implementation programme. Lead planning and execution of all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Security, and Data Migration testing. Ensure business processes, integrations, security controls, reporting, and data migration meet agreed requirements and quality standards. Coordinate business stakeholders, project streams, and implementation partners throughout testing activities. Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, and defect resolution activities. Provide testing status, quality metrics, and go-live readiness assessments to programme governance. Ensure successful business acceptance and formal sign-off of testing outcomes. Support cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
