Test Lead

För vår kund söker vi en 'Testledare' DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Test Planning: • Develop and implement the overall test strategy and test plan. • Collaborate with Business, Agile team leaders, POs, and other stakeholders (internal & external) to understand project requirements and objectives. • Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Identify test data and test environment needs and ensure right test data and environment are available for the team Test Execution : • Oversee the execution of test cases and test scripts in accordance with the defined test plan. • Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and other key metrics. • Ensure that testing activities are completed on schedule Risk Management: • Identify and assess potential risks related to testing activities. • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. • Communicate risks and mitigation plans to relevant stakeholders. Communication : • Facilitate effective communication between the QAs and other project stakeholders (internal and external). • Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and resolution plans. • Collaborate with business/PO to ensure alignment between testing efforts and business objectives. Documentation : • Ensure comprehensive documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test results. • Create and maintain testing-related documentation such as test plans, test reports, and defect reports. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILL SETS AND COMPETENCIES: - Proven experience as a Test Lead in large-scale programs. - Hands on experience in Jira/Confluence - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English - Leadership and team management experience. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Working experience in Agile/DevOps set up - Understanding of CI/CD - Understanding of different test automation frameworks Preferred: - AWS Cloud knowledge i.e. CloudWatch, Elastic Beanstalk - Working knowledge of TCM tool I.e. TestFLO - JMeter or other performance testing tool - Telecom Experience - ISTQB Certified (Test Manager) Period: 2026-10-26 - 2027-04-26 Omfattning: 100 % Stationeringsort: Stockholm Vi offererar ofta löpande.
