As a Thesis Trainee, you will be a part of the team in which you will continue as an Associate Lawyer. Having been a Thesis Trainee in the spring of 2027, you will continue your journey with Roschier as an Associate Lawyer in the fall of 2027. The work of an associate can vary depending on which group, project, and client you work with.
