This role involves identifying issues as well as proposing and implementing improvements in preparation for ticket sales across events such as UEFA EURO 2028, UEFA Women’s EURO 2029, the UEFA Nations League finals and UEFA club competition finals. Key responsibilities Setting up, testing and maintaining all ticketing platforms and systems used for ticket salesMonitoring platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations Understanding business needs and managing the configuration, set-up and operational delivery of ticket resale platformsCollaborating closely with other members of the ticketing sales team to anticipate business needs, align on specifications, liaise with the system provider, meet deadlines and ensure smooth sales operationsSupporting additional ticketing sales activities, including the maintenance of customer communication content on the UEFA.com ticketing page
