We are looking for people with… A degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A solid background in compensation and benefits or Total Rewards roles, ideally in an international or matrix environment. Ability to navigate complex reward topics and translate frameworks into clear, practical recommendations. Strong analytical capabilities, with confidence in working with data, benchmarking, and compensation structures. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting reward‑related decision‑making. Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way. Proficiency in English to collaborate effectively across markets and global teams.
