Traceability & Product Data Specialist

About the Role You will join a digital infrastructure team in a global manufacturing environment that is building the foundation for more digital services. The focus is on traceability, product individual data and stable data flows across factories, suppliers and internal teams within aftermarket, service and quality. In this role, you will work close to business and technology stakeholders to solve data issues tied to serial numbers, master data and data submissions. You will also support important initiatives connected to digital traceability and product identification. Job Description You will resolve support tickets related to product individual identification and data quality. You will analyze issues connected to serial numbers, master data and product data submissions, and drive actions for stable deliveries. You will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, information systems, suppliers and business teams to improve traceability processes. You will support the development and maintenance of data collection and reporting solutions together with the traceability function. You will drive analysis of product data deliveries from suppliers and support changes in integrations and ways of working. You will perform regular audits and reconciliations to secure data accuracy, consistency and integrity. You will follow up and help establish KPIs for delivery performance, while identifying trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities. You will also support coordination work such as documentation, meeting planning and communication across teams. Requirements You have a university degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience. You have proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing company. You have a background in traceability and data transactions. You are proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Excel. You have strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail. You communicate well and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You are fluent in English. You are comfortable working in a multicultural and international context. Nice to have Knowledge of APIs, including REST and JSON. Knowledge of system integrations. Knowledge of traceability systems and manufacturing execution systems best practices. Swedish or additional languages.
