Job description** We are looking for an **Air Traffic Controller (ATCO)** with a passion for training to join our team as a Training Specialist, focusing on Initial Training as well as Instructor and Assessor Training. As a Training Specialist, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and supervising training in line with our processes, training philosophy, and quality standards. Most importantly, you will play a key role in supporting and inspiring our students throughout their learning journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. **Your main responsibilities include:** - Delivering training, coaching, and providing feedback to students in both classroom and simulator environments - Monitoring and following up on student performance and progression - Supporting and coordinating simulator instructors in their day-to-day work - Contributing to training-related initiatives, training materials and tools, and internal projects The position is based at our training centre in Hyllie, Malmö, where most training activities are conducted. Occasional travel within Sweden may be required to deliver training at customer sites.
