As a Transport Planner you will be a part of the Regional Operations team, working and supporting customers in the Nordics and the UK ensuring operational excellence. You will Together with our Operational Account Managers, develop and maintain an optimal experience for our customers across the NordicsManage daily transport planning, including vehicle optimization and shift executionAct as a primary operational contact for shippers and partners (e.g. carriers and service workshops)Analyze and optimize performance to ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are consistently metHandle customer inquiries and actively resolve ad-hoc operational deviationsSupport customer deployment projects and provide hands-on go-live supportConduct occasional on-site customer visits to ensure smooth operations We expect you to: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent practical experienceProven experience in transport planning, preferably with hands-on proficiency in a Transport Management System (TMS)Background in customer-facing roles and/or experience with loadboards, spot markets, and capacity optimization is a strong plusExcellent communicator and collaborator with strong organizational skillsService-minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable making data-driven decisionsConfident working independently with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)Hands-on mentality, adaptable to a fast-scaling environmentPassionate about future-proofing transport, sustainable logistics and electric vehicles This is a full-time position based Gothenburg or Stockholm.
