Recruiter Qualifications: 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or healthcare sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and database management.
