To be successful, you'll need: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Advanced computer literacy, including demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams. Confidence working across multiple systems and databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer service focus. High attention to detail and the ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and follow through on actions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic operational environment. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience with travel management systems, accommodation management, reporting, workforce logistics or FIFO operations will be highly regarded.
