Vehicle Integration Test Coordinator

About the Role You will take on a coordinating role in complete vehicle integration testing in a technically advanced automotive environment. Here, software deliveries, electronics, embedded systems, and vehicle functions need to come together in a structured way, and your work will help create clarity across a broad testing landscape. You will support planning, follow-up, reporting, and alignment across teams, while keeping track of dependencies, risks, and decision points. The role is close to both ongoing development and operational test activities, which means you will work with many stakeholders and help ensure that test progress stays visible and manageable. You will also contribute to improving test processes and explore how AI and digital tools can simplify reporting and increase efficiency. Job DescriptionYou coordinate test planning and execution across teams working at complete vehicle integration level. You maintain an operational overview of ongoing test activities, dependencies, priorities, and reporting needs. You facilitate meetings and alignment forums, and help teams move from discussion to clear actions and decisions. You follow up on deviations in test progress and make sure risks, blockers, and dependencies are escalated when needed. You support cross-functional collaboration between software deliveries and complete vehicle teams. You drive transparency in test status, priorities, and decision points so stakeholders can make informed decisions. You contribute to improving and simplifying test processes, with a focus on efficiency, digital tools, and AI-supported ways of working. RequirementsRelevant technical education or equivalent work experience within engineering, software, electronics, embedded systems, or vehicle systems. Experience from test coordination, test planning, verification, validation, or technical project coordination. Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of test processes, reporting, follow-up, and risk and dependency management. Experience from software and hardware integration or larger technical systems. Ability to work in both English and Swedish. Nice to haveEducation or certification in test methodology, project coordination, agile ways of working, systems engineering, or similar. Experience from automotive, embedded systems, HIL/SIL, complete vehicle testing, or system integration. Experience with process improvement, automation, AI-supported workflows, or digitalization of test and reporting processes. Experience facilitating alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
