Vice President, Corporate Strategy

the opportunity Partner with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to agree the opportunity Qualifications Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus 7–12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, principal investing, private equity, venture capital, or a combination of the above Demonstrated experience running or significantly contributing to deal processes (M&A, minority investments, or growth equity) Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, venture return frameworks) Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent Arcesium credibly with senior external counterparties and internal leadership alike Self-starter with a bias for action, who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of driving outcomes without a large team behind them Prior exposure to financial technology, data infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or capital markets technology preferred Experience in a corporate development function at a technology company, or a principal investing role with meaningful deal ownership preferred Experience leveraging AI and LLM tools to make corporate development work more efficient preferred The expected annual base salary for this position is $270,000- $320,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching. The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
