VIE - Medical Information and Quality Nordic & Baltics

We are looking for a motivated and scientifically minded VIE to join our Nordic Medical team and support both **Medical Information** and quality activities across the Nordics & Baltics. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory and cross-functional collaboration within an international healthcare environment. **Your Key responsibilities** Medical Information - Provide accurate, balanced and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. - Support medical information activities across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. - Conduct scientific literature searches and summarize key medical insights. - Maintain and update standard response documents and medical information content. - Support the administration and optimization of medical information systems and databases. - Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams. Quality & Regulatory Support - Support artwork reviews and quality checks. - Assist with regulatory dossier management activities. - Participate in the management of product quality complaints. - Contribute to KPI reporting and training administration activities. - Support GDP compliance and continuous quality improvement initiatives. **About you** - Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related scientific discipline. - Strong scientific mindset with the ability to analyze and communicate complex medical information. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment. - Interested in Medical Affairs, Quality and Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. - Previous experience in Medical Information, Quality or Regulatory Affairs is a plus. **Why Ipsen** You'll gain valuable international experience, work with experienced professionals across multiple countries, and contribute to improving patient care through scientific excellence and quality.
