Voice AI Test - Project Manager

What You'll Do Own project tracking across active implementations, including timelines, task lists, and status updates Run internal and customer-facing meetings, take notes, and make sure action items actually get closed out Coordinate across teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to remove blockers and surface risks early Maintain project documentation in tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion Help customers stay on schedule during onboarding by proactively flagging delays and next steps Support senior PMs on larger, more complex accounts as you ramp up What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in a professional setting (internships count) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — things don't slip past you Clear written and verbal communication; you can explain a complex situation simply Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift Familiarity with project management tools is a plus, not a requirement Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have Exposure to SaaS products, even as a user Experience coordinating across multiple teams or stakeholders If you do apply, your application will be deleted.
