VP, Product Platform & Engineering

Qualifications: Extensive experience (12+ years) in software engineering and platform/infrastructure leadership, including leading large‑scale engineering or platform organizations. Proven track record building and scaling cloud‑native platforms, distributed systems, and modern product operating models. Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD, DevOps/SRE, container orchestration, observability, and API/service architectures. Strong strategic and communication skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and align diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated success building high‑performing engineering teams and driving developer experience and productivity in fast‑paced environments. Preferred: Experience with SaaS or large‑scale digital platforms, internal developer platforms, and modernizing legacy systems to cloud‑native architectures. Familiarity with product‑led development and agile squad models.
