Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a positive, service-minded, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working closely with people and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow together with the team. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. Serve food and beverages in the restaurant, bar, private events, and functions. Ensure guests receive an outstanding experience throughout their visit. Contribute to upselling through strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and wine list. Prepare and maintain restaurant, bar, and event facilities before, during, and after service. Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle orders, payments, and cash register procedures according to company guidelines. Maintain the restaurant's quality, hygiene, and service standards. Participate in the execution of conferences, weddings, private events, and other functions. Contribute to a positive work environment and strong teamwork. As part of the Norwegian hospitality industry, Kragerø Resort follows the collective agreements (tariff agreements) applicable to the hotel and restaurant sector. The salary range for this position is typically ?3,227 - ?3,622 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
