Walk-in Service Advisor

You communicate clearly, stay calm when situations become challenging and genuinely enjoy finding solutions. ##### We believe you have - Previous experience from **customer service, retail, helpdesk, hospitality, technical support or another customer-facing environment**. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A practical and solution-oriented mindset. - Confidence handling complaints or frustrated customers professionally. - The ability to manage several customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - An interest in technology and willingness to learn about different devices and services. - Good communication skills in **Swedish and English**. You don't need to be a technician.
