About the Role You will join an assignment in advanced manufacturing where a new highly automated warehouse environment is being built. The focus is on designing, implementing, commissioning, and continuously improving warehouse systems and material flows that support efficient, scalable, and robust logistics operations. You will work closely with production, automation, digitalization, IT/OT, and external suppliers, with the opportunity to influence both the practical setup and the long-term way of working. Job Description You will develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows for a highly automated operation. You will drive implementation and commissioning of automated warehouse solutions. You will develop logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows. You will work with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and related logistics systems. You will support ramp-up and stabilization of new warehouse operations. You will collaborate with production, automation, digitalization, IT/OT, and external suppliers. You will improve logistics standards, methods, and best practices. You will support the integration of automated material handling and transportation solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience Experience within warehouse operations, logistics development, or warehouse automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English Nice to have Experience from highly automated warehouse environments Experience with warehouse start-ups, factory ramp-ups, or greenfield projects Knowledge of SAP, MFC/WCS, WMS, or similar warehouse systems Experience with automation projects and logistics system integrations Experience with AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solutions and automated transportation systems What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
