General ResponsibilitiesServes as the primary owner for inventory across facilities, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and KPI/data integrity.Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing inefficiencies, improving service levels, and driving sustainable process standardization.Owns project management responsibilities including scope definition, tracking progress, and ensuring execution of key initiatives.Analyzes data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions across processes.Ensures accountability and follow-through on open action items, process gaps, and performance issues.Supports growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels with focus on performance.Provides supervisory coverage across functional areas as needed What do we offer?
