Job Summary Apply WCM knowledge and methodology to implement digital tools that capture, analyse, and correlate converting data, transforming it into clear Loss Intelligence insights. This role owns the business-facing digitalization and analytics agenda for the WCM Central Team. It translates factory needs and operational challenges into prioritized requirements, scalable reporting, Power BI dashboards, automation opportunities, and measurable benefits. The role acts as a bridge between PS, IBE, and GIM, ensuring continuous product evolution, strong governance, data transparency, lifecycle control, and reduced nonvalue-added work across factories. What you will do Own the PS digital backlog, requirements, and product ownership activities. Ensure the availability, quality, and optimization of PS factory data, dashboards, and analytics reports. Apply a continuous improvement and development mindset to digital solutions. Drive automation and efficiency improvements through digital solutions within the WCM&Q Central Lead governance, stakeholder alignment, and lifecycle management by acting as the bridge between PS, IBE, and GIM for digital solution prioritization and development. We believe you have At least 3–4 years of experience in similar WCM or continuous improvement roles, including factory production process experience. Strong written and spoken English communication skills across different organizational levels, with the ability to synthesize and clearly explain complex situations.
