About the role Exciting opportunity to join our team as Web Editor/Coordinator, Information Systems. Axis is on a journey to grow our digital marketing capabilities to support our rapid growth with an ambition to deliver excellent experience in all digital touchpoints to support our customers. Our corporate digital teams are placed in axis HQ, Lund. This is a consultancy assignment running from November to July 2027. Who is your future team? The Digital Communications & Translations team is a part of the Sales and Marketing systems team, sorting under the Information Systems (Infosys) department. The overall mission for the team is to support different stakeholders throughout the organization in reaching out with their content in Axis’ digital platforms, by making sure that they use the systems in an optimal way, while following our corporate guidelines. You will be part of a tight team of web editors, digital marketeers, and Translation Manager. We work closely with Marketing, content owners, analysts, developers, UX and more, challenging and supporting each other as we navigate the digital landscape. Work tasks As Web Editor/Coordinator you will work in close cooperation with different teams within Sales & Marketing and the IT development team. You will be part of a bigger project with the purpose of improving the content on our web site to better align with new demands for searchability and AI visibility. Your task will be to help with the implementation of these changes, by collecting and coordinating content input, keeping track of deadlines and status, building pages in our CMS and implementing the content changes on our web site. We are looking for To succeed in this position, you're used to working with a wide variety of stakeholders in a large company. You can navigate situations where a lot is changing at once. You have previous experience working with a content management system for websites - Drupal experience is a plus. You have an eye for detail, but your focus is on making the big picture work in the best possible way. You're a self-starter, used to coordinating and organizing your own tasks and time, as well as input from colleagues around you. What we need you to bring: Knowledge and understanding of CMS tools for web editing and layout Knowledge and experience of using MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint Ability to create clear and tangible processes and work independently Previous experience of A/B-testing, SEO, GEO and analytics tools is a plus Self-driven and an energetic team player Organized and structured comes natural to you Excellent skills in English, spoken and written Experience with critical thinking and problem solving from global companies or agencies Ability to handle stress well Other information Period: November to July 2027 Scope: Full-time Location: Lund About the assignment: You will be employed by Academic Work on a consulting assignment Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
