Welding & Fabrication Foreman – 2nd Shift Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: 2nd Shift; overtime and Saturdays as needed Pay: Starting at $32/hour + $3/hour second-shift differential; higher starting rates may be available based on experience. Must have structural steel fabrication experience and previous leadership experience overseeing welders and fitters. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Welding & Fabrication Foreman to lead second-shift operations in a structural steel fabrication environment. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating employees, production, equipment, materials, scheduling, quality, and deliveries. The Foreman will help keep shop operations productive and organized while working with internal teams and other fabrication locations to meet project and delivery requirements.
