ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on brand and content role at a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin. You will own the full brand presence, from founder LinkedIn content to short-form video to pitch decks, and have real autonomy to shape how the company shows up across every channel. It is a great fit if you want to build something from scratch rather than maintain what already exists. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Write LinkedIn content for founders and the company account, including hooks, storylines, and carousels tailored to a B2B audience. - Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, and deliver Reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips. - Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints including the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates. - Build and manage a content calendar to keep publishing cadence consistent and predictable. - Track content performance, identify winning formats, and use data to inform what gets scaled. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled as a student and available 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for 12 or more months. - Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent software. - Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or equivalent for creating visual assets and presentation materials. - Demonstrated experience producing LinkedIn content and a clear understanding of what performs on the platform. - Experience writing marketing and brand content for B2B or SaaS audiences. - Experience managing content calendars and executing consistent publishing schedules. - Experience analyzing content performance metrics and translating data into strategic decisions. - A portfolio or examples of content you have already created and shipped. - German proficiency at C2 or native level. - Nice to have: experience with photography, lighting, or on-location production; background in GTM or sales enablement for B2B software companies.
