Your focus will be on supporting OEM customers, implementing migration scenarios, and further developing test environments and applications.</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>As the central point of contact, you will provide 1st-level support for OEM customers and ensure fast and sustainable problem resolution</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>You will develop customer-specific migration concepts and support their implementation in close coordination with customers – both remotely and on-site</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Building, further developing, and optimizing test systems (manual and automated) will be part of your responsibilities</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>By maintaining and expanding internal test environments, you will actively contribute to improving software development efficiency</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>During pre- and post-sales phases, you will contribute your technical expertise and support the planning, configuration, and validation of wireless and network solutions</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>You will conduct feasibility studies for new technologies and concepts and evaluate their practical applications</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>You will set up and support test systems with a focus on cellular technologies</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>You will actively work on next-generation Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) solutions and support their integration</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial IT, or a comparable qualification</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Strong Linux expertise, including daily use, system administration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and scripting</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>A solid IT/OT background and a good understanding of networking technologies and concepts, including TCP/IP and routing</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Experience with Python or other scripting languages, as well as automation and deployment tools (e.g., Ansible)</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to systematically trace and resolve issues, understand end-to-end data flows, and work across system interfaces</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with strong planning, teamwork, and customer-facing skills</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Willingness to travel occasionally</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>Confident communication skills in English and French; German is a plus</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What Westermo DACH Offers</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>You will work as part of the global Westermo Group and benefit from international projects, global exchange, and collaboration with experts across our sites worldwide</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A high degree of creative freedom, allowing you to actively shape processes and contribute your own ideas in customer service</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A qualified team with an open and welcoming working atmosphere, where flat hierarchies truly make a difference</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Attractive compensation, flexible working hours, and the option for mobi
