Working Student HR Operations (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in our HR Operations Team, you will be a part of our People Operations team, helping us deliver seamless and efficient HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. Together with our World-Class Team, currently 3 team members, you will take on an empowering role, pushing the boundaries of drone technologies. Working closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, and Business Operations, you will support our ambitious growth journey by contributing to HR operations, maintaining high-quality people data, supporting the integration of new teams and acquired companies, and helping implement a modern HR platform that will power our next phase of global expansion. Enabling a scalable, data-driven, and globally connected People organization is essential to Quantum-Systems' success, and your mission will make a powerful impact. What is your Day to Day Mission: Be the first point of support for creating an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners. Help drive the implementation of our new HR system and contribute to building scalable, data-driven HR processes. Support the integration of newly acquired teams and companies as part of Quantum-Systems' global growth journey. Create employment contracts and ensure employee documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date. Maintain and improve people data quality across systems, reports, and workflows. Partner with colleagues across multiple departments to deliver seamless employee lifecycle processes. Contribute ideas and hands-on support to continuously improve the way we work in HR Operations.
