Workplace Program Manager

Requirements: Essential functions are the functions routinely performed in the job and the removal of these functions would fundamentally change the position. Ability to navigate diverse settings including corporate offices, technical labs, warehouses, and external sites, with a requirement for prolonged periods of walking or standing. Ability to perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, or pushing equipment up to 25 pounds . Physical dexterity to bend, reach, use stairs, and access various operational zones to conduct thorough workplace audits and safety inspections. Capability to operate safely within high-intensity environments, adhering to safety protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 15% to provide program oversight and support across Wing’s distributed workplace portfolio. The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
