Workstream Lead – Source to Pay

Assignment description We are looking for a Workstream Lead – Source to Pay (S2P) to support a large-scale ERP transformation based on SAP S/4HANA. The organization is moving towards a harmonized global solution across several sites and business areas. The assignment builds on an initial pilot implementation and focuses on preparing and delivering the next rollout phase. As Workstream Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the S2P workstream and its dependencies with other areas. You will drive progress across scope, schedule, quality, risks and issues, coordinate resources and ensure that business processes, system solutions and integrated legacy environments come together in a sustainable and effective way. You will work closely with business stakeholders, other workstreams, implementation partners and IT teams to ensure solution alignment and resolve process, data and system gaps. The role also includes stakeholder management, coordination of activities and responsibilities, support for change initiatives and continuous follow-up of workstream progress and key decisions. You will contribute to harmonized ways of working, support realization of expected business benefits and act as an ambassador for the new solution throughout the rollout. Qualifications You have a relevant academic degree within IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field. You have strong experience with both SAP Sourcing and Ariba implementations. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly relevant. You have proven project or workstream leadership experience within Source to Pay. You have a strong understanding of S2P processes, organizational dependencies and transformation challenges. You have experience working with both ERP platforms and custom-built or legacy systems. Experience from manufacturing or other complex operational environments is considered an advantage. SAP S/4HANA certifications are meritorious. You are fluent in English. Swedish is considered an advantage. You are a confident and collaborative leader with strong planning and stakeholder-management skills. You are comfortable working in complex environments with many dependencies and can move between strategic direction and operational execution. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to driving progress.
