1、体系文件搭建与合规更新 / System Document Management & Compliance Update ：编制、修订适配工厂实际的ESH体系文件，依据国家法律法规及行业标准实时更新。 / Compile and revise ESH system documents adapted to the factory's actual conditions, and update timely in accordance with national laws, regulations and industrial standards. 2 、危险源辨识与风险管控 / Hazard Identification & Risk Control ：组织各部门开展危险源辨识、风险等级评估，制定并落地针对性风险防控措施。 / Organize various departments to conduct hazard identification and risk level assessments, formulate and implement targeted risk prevention and control measures. 3 、新设备验收 / New Equipment Safety Acceptance ：参与新设备、新工艺的安全审核与竣工验收，保障设备合规投产运行。 / Participate in safety review and final acceptance of new equipment and new processes to ensure compliant and safe operation. 4 、 ESH 培训演练与文化宣导 / ESH Training & Culture Promotion ：组织开展安全培训、ESH专项培训、应急演练， ESH宣传活动，提升全员ESH合规意识与应急处置能力。 / Organize safety training, ESH-specific training, emergency drills, and ESH publicity activities for all employees to improve ESH compliance awareness and emergency response capabilities. 5 、 ESH 检查   / ESH Inspection ：开展ESH巡检，排查作业现场隐患，及时制止违规作业及不合规现场状态，协同责任部门整改，跟进落实闭环管理。 / Conduct regular ESH inspections, identify on-site hazards, stop illegal operations, cooperate with relevant departments to rectify problems and ensure full closed-loop management. 6 、全厂合规与专项管控 / Plant Compliance & Special Management ：保障工厂合规运营，跟进安全三同时、特种设备、化学品管理、施工作业管理等。 / Ensure compliance of plant construction and production, manage safety three-simultaneity, special equipment, chemicals and construction work management etc. 7 、体系审核与持续改进 / System Audit & Continuous Improvement ：配合组织ISO14001、ISO45001等ESH体系内外部审核，跟进审核不符合项整改，落实纠正预防措施，推动体系持续优化。 / Cooperate in organizing internal and external audits of ESH systems such as ISO14001 and ISO45001, follow up on the rectification of audit non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive measures, and push continuous optimization of the system. 1 、学历与资质 / Education & Qualification ：本科及以上学历，安全、机械、化工等相关专业； / Bachelor degree or above, major in safety engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related fields. 2 、工作经验 / Work Experience ：3年以上制造业ESH工作经验，汽车零部件、外资企业从业经验者优先。 / At least 3 years ESH working experience in manufacturing industry; candidates with automotive parts or foreign enterprise experience are preferred. 3 、专业能力 / Professional Competence ：熟悉ESH法律法规及ISO45001/ISO14001体系，可应对各类审核检查；精通现场安全、消防安全、危化品管控、应急处置、施工作业管理等核心工作。 / Familiar with ESH laws, regulations and ISO45001/ISO14001 systems, capable of handling various audits and inspections; proficient in on-site safety management, fire safety, hazardous chemical control, emergency response and construction operation management. 4 、技能素养 / Skills ：具备基础英文读写能力，可阅读英文资料、撰写工作报告；熟练使用办公软件。 / Basic English reading and writing skills for understanding English documents and compiling work reports; proficient in office software. 5 、综合素质 / Comprehensive Quality ：现场执行力强，可快速处置突发ESH问题；沟通协调高效，工作严谨负责、原则性强，具备良好团队协作与学习能力。 / Strong on-site execution and ability to handle sudden ESH incidents; effective communication and coordination, rigorous and responsible working attitude with strong principles; good teamwork and learning capability.
