Match score: how Findigo uses your CV and profile
What does the Findigo match score mean? Learn how your CV, skills and job preferences help the agent prioritize, and why the score is not a job guarantee.
The match score is Findigo's assessment of how well your profile fits the job. It is not the employer's rating or a guarantee of an interview or employment. Skills, experience and job preferences help Findigo prioritize. A 90 percent match does not mean a 90 percent chance of getting the job. Ask the agent to explain a specific match using your profile and the job ad; if evidence is missing, it must say so.
What information does Findigo use?
Your CV and profile describe what you know and have done. Your preferences describe what you want next. Findigo compares that evidence with the job ad.
What does 90 percent mean?
It is a fit assessment, not a probability of employment. The employer decides, and incomplete ads or profiles limit the assessment.
Improve the evidence
Upload an up-to-date CV once and include only skills that reflect your actual background. Do not add keywords merely to raise a score.
Ask about one job
Ask why a specific job matches you. The answer must compare that ad with your profile and identify missing evidence.
From match to application
In review mode, you review and click Submit. A match score is never consent for unattended submission and never proof of delivery.
