Create information you can reuse

Upload an up-to-date CV or describe your actual experience, responsibilities, tools and education. Add the roles and conditions you want. Existing information should not need to be entered again.

Let the agent prioritize relevant jobs

Ask for a concrete outcome, such as customer service jobs in Malmö that fit your experience. A useful recommendation explains the fit and distinguishes confirmed requirements from unknowns.

Reuse your CV honestly

A core CV can be reused. Tailoring means highlighting factual experience that matters for the job, not adding a skill because an employer asks for it.
