Designer</strong> with a strong understanding of the <strong>iGaming industry</strong> to create engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences.<br>You will be responsible for designing user-focused interfaces across <strong>online casino, sportsbook, betting, and gaming platforms</strong>, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform product requirements into seamless player experiences.<br>The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with UX thinking and understands how to design interfaces that are engaging, responsive, conversion-focused, and easy to navigate.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Design modern, high-quality UI/UX for iGaming websites, web apps, and mobile experiences.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in <strong>Figma</strong>.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Design key iGaming experiences such as casino lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, game discovery, promotions, tournaments, loyalty/VIP areas, registration, deposits, and withdrawals.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Improve player journeys with a focus on usability, engagement, retention, and conversion.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Build and maintain scalable <strong>design systems</strong>, UI components, typography, iconography, and reusable design patterns.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Create responsive designs that deliver a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Marketing, CRM, and other teams from concept through implementation.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain high visual quality.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Use research, analytics, user feedback, and product insights to identify UX improvements.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Continuously improve existing interfaces through iteration, testing, and optimization.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Stay current with iGaming design trends, competitor products, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Design with accessibility, responsible gaming principles, and market-specific requirements in mind.</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li class="MsoNormal"><strong>7+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience</strong>, preferably within iGaming, gaming, fintech, entertainment, or another fast-paced digital product environment.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong portfolio demonstrating polished UI design and thoughtful UX problem-solving.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Advanced proficiency in <strong>Figma</strong>, including components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Excellent knowledge of typography, spacing, grids, color, hierarchy, and interaction design.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Experience translating complex product requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Good understanding of user journeys, conversion funnels, and usability principles.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain
