If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you. ## The Role We are looking for a **Product Designer** to shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences across \[REDACTED\]'s financial products. This role is for someone who enjoys solving product problems through thoughtful interface design. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial workflows into experiences that feel fast, intuitive and trustworthy. ## What You'll Own - Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production. - Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces. - Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial products. - Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. - Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback. - Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences. - Continuously refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality. ## What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience designing digital products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design. - Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping. - Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design. - Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows. - Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design. - Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences. - Portfolio is required. ## Design Stack - Figma - FigJam - Design Systems - Interactive Prototyping - Auto Layout - Component Libraries ## The Kind of Builder We Want - Thinks about solving customer problems, not just designing screens. - Balances business goals with user experience. - Obsesses over clarity, simplicity and consistency. - Works collaboratively with engineers and product teams. - Takes ownership from idea through launch. - Continuously improves products using real user insights. ## This Role Is Not For - Designers who only focus on visuals without considering usability. - People who require fully detailed specifications before contributing. - Designers who struggle to explain design decisions. - Individuals who don't enjoy fast-moving startup environments. - Candidates who exaggerate ownership or cannot explain what they personally designed. ## Location This role is remote, but candidates must be based in **Sweden**. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in **Sweden**. ## Language English is our primary working language across global teams.
