IT Analyst/ UX Designer

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Analyst/ UX Designer 🔹 Location: Gdańsk/Gdynia (office presence 3 days/week) The team is building a data product marketplace — a platform enabling discovery, access, and governance of data products across the organization. We are looking for a IT Analyst to support both product delivery and UX design activities as an embedded team member. ✔️Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma Conduct UX reviews and contribute to end-to-end user experience of the marketplace Work closely with software developers on a daily basis to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies ✔️Need to have following skills to succeed in the role: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery Experience in data-related domains (data platforms, analytics, data governance) is a plus Hands-on experience with UX design and prototyping in Figma Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills Fluent written and spoken English (documentation and communication with international stakeholders) Nice to have: Experience working on data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products, familiarity with data mesh architecture is a plus, background in both UX design and IT analysis within a single role, min 3 years+ relevant experience. ✔️ We offer: B2B agreement Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client Current support during our cooperation Possibility to work in an international environment Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture Private medical care Life insurance Multisport Teambuilding events Contact person: karolina.rosikiewicz@eworkgroup.com Client code: BN01 Do you know someone who would fit this position?
