Senior Product Designer (JobEx)

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products and end-to-end experiences across platforms Proven expertise with modern design platforms (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and fluency with AI-native tools (i.e. Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT) Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, accessibility, interactivity, motion, and established product design patterns Experience collaborating effectively within fast-moving, cross-functional product teams Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation What will help you succeed: A strong and thoughtful design perspective paired with openness to constructive input and the ability to communicate your rationale clearly Relentless attention to detail and commitment to ensuring design quality extends beyond Figma through the final product experience A natural drive to develop deep subject matter expertise while maintaining an understanding of the broader product ecosystem A collaborative mindset and the ability to bring product, engineering, and design toward a shared answer independently A perpetually curious mindset that drives exploration of new ideas, technologies, design approaches, and customer experiences A background with range that allows you to work across disciplines, or a craft you've pushed far enough to teach Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity Location Dependent Information This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $128,000 - $145,000 + equity . The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
