The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually compelling designs. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design tools. #### **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user feedback and usability testing. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints. - Conduct user research to gather insights and identify pain points in current user flows. - Ensure consistency in design patterns and adherence to brand guidelines across all products. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required. - Experience with user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects. - Ability to translate user research into actionable design improvements. - Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus. - Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders. - Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. #### **More About the Opportunity:** This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the software development industry, contributing to the creation of seamless digital experiences for a diverse user base.
