Lead Product Designer

we are looking for: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in product design, ready to take on a leading role with an opportunity to grow further. Confidence in leading the design process end-to-end, from identifying product opportunities to prototyping, delivering high-fidelity designs, and collaborating closely with engineers to implement solutions. Passion for the entire product discovery process, including UX research, customer interviews, and close collaboration with product managers and leadership to define the product's future. Experience in Marketing Tech or AdTech domains is considered beneficial. Energetic and team-spirited, with a big appetite for growth and empowerment. Previous experience in front-end development or vibe coding is beneficial. Ability and willingness to work from our Helsinki office at least three days per week.
