Senior Motion Designer

Oversee design projects from initial concept through final delivery across print, digital, web, and social media channels. Generate creative ideas and develop design solutions that satisfy project goals while maintaining originality and brand consistency. Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, integrating feedback effectively. Partner with creative leaders and team members to craft and execute innovative visual solutions. Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project specifications, while exploring forward-thinking approaches. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in print and digital design. A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple formats, such as branding, websites, and print collateral. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under deadlines.
